I had a reallly good lunch experience with the BBQ Chicken Salad at the Cheesecake Factory. If you are looking for a filling flavorful option that is healthy I would suggest to try the BBQ chicken Salad. The meal is very well balanced where it is not drown is dressing, but has enough items in it to really give it a good flavor. Even though it is a BBQ chicken salad, it is not heavy on the BBQ sauce. The BBQ Chicken Salad was a very good and filling lunch salad to have as a grown adult.
